Scheduling

Avon Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is open from 8:00AM- 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.  To schedule an appointment for consultation or surgery,  please call 1-317-272-2200 or 1-800-396-1150. 

We will do our best to schedule your appointment to fit your needs, taking into consideration appointment times that are available, and any request you may have for a specific doctor.  If you have post operative complications or an emergency situation, we will do our best to see you the same day.   In many cases, we can schedule your consultation the same day as your surgery.  The administrative staff will advise you if  separate appointments are required for your procedure.
