If we will be assisting you in filing insurance, please bring both your medical and dental insurance cards with you. Oral Surgery encompasses both dental and medical procedures. Under certain medical policies, impacted teeth may be covered. By bringing the necessary information with you to your appointment, it allows us to assist you in receiving your maximum benefit.
We accept most dental and medical insurance policies. We request you contact your insurance company to obtain benefits for services and verify if you must be seen by a contracted provider. Our office will only verify if you are eligible for benefits.

Medicare & Medicaid Patients
We do participate with Medicare and Medicaid. A small number of procedures performed in our office are actually covered through Medicare. Medicare excludes any services that pertain to the teeth and gums or supporting structures. If you are covered under Medicaid, one of our team members will go over your benefits at your appointment prior to services being performed.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Sometimes it may be necessary to finance all or a portion of the fee for your services. Financing is available through a finance company for those who qualify.
